Worldmeetings’ international service desk in London handles the reservations in the remaining countries.
Find a meeting venue
The ‘request a meeting’ facility enables proposals to be requested. It is possible to indicate any preferred venues, request proposals from various countries and to forward additional requirements of all sorts. The staff at Worldmeetings’ service centres will subsequently ensure that the correct quotes are provided within the applicable time frame.
Requests for proposals followed up within 24 hours
Domestic requests for proposals are answered within 24 hours with provisional quotations from up to 3 hotels and/or meeting venues. For international requests a time frame of 48 hours is applicable. Worldmeetings’ proposals are delivered online under ‘My reservations’ and are also sent by email. After a meeting planner has made his final choice, a confirmation of the booking will be sent for approval. In the event of later amendments, clients can choose to handle these via their contact at the applicable service centre or in direct contact with the applicable venue.
