Service centres are available in various countries providing personal support to meeting planners nationally, both for their domestic and outgoing bookings. The various national websites can be viewed by selecting the relevant country of residence at www.worldmeetings.com. These websites are managed by the corresponding service centres. Worldmeetings’ international service desk in London handles the reservations in the remaining countries.
Find a meeting venue
The ‘request a meeting’ facility enables proposals to be requested. It is possible to indicate any preferred venues, request proposals from various countries and to forward additional requirements of all sorts. The staff at Worldmeetings’ service centres will subsequently ensure that the correct quotes are provided within the applicable time frame.
Requests for proposals followed up within 24 hours
Domestic requests for proposals are answered within 24 hours with provisional quotations from up to 3 hotels and/or meeting venues. For international requests a time frame of 48 hours is applicable. Worldmeetings’ proposals are delivered online under ‘My reservations’ and are also sent by email. After a meeting planner has made his final choice, a confirmation of the booking will be sent for approval. In the event of later amendments, clients can choose to handle these via their contact at the applicable service centre or in direct contact with the applicable venue.

The ‘my reservations’ facility at this website allows meeting planners online access to their personal file including all venue quotations being put together for them as well as all their past, current and upcoming reservations.
A personal customer code and a permanent contact for personal support
A personal customer code is provided to all clients using Worldmeetings’ venue finding and reservation services. This code can be used for all reservation requests, both via the service centres and Worldmeetings’ national websites. It enables easy registration and access to a planners’ complete bookings file online under ‘My reservations’ at this website. Meeting planners get assigned a permanent contact for personal support and responsible for the safeguarding of requests and reservations.
