CDS Meetings: a new cooperation including Self Booking Tool by KDS september 2009

Distributed under the label CDS Meetings, Worldmeetings agencies based in the UK, Benelux and France have started a test period by offering their meeting management services through the booking platforms distributed by KDS. KDS Corporate is an On Demand Travel & Expense Solution providing a ‘one stop shop’ for corporate travel with support for low cost airlines, national rail, Eurostar, non-GDS hotels and non-GDS car rental. Content is delivered in an integrated display to assist travel managers and corporate travellers to see the total cost of travel and make a realistic assessment of alternative fares and modes of transport.
1-creditor for all reservations worldwide and VAT recovery

As from October 1, it will be possible for event planners to remit payments for international meetings via their national Worldmeetings agency. This new solution allows both national and international bookings to be settled via the same account and thus allowing organizations to have 1 creditor for all reservations worldwide. With the invoice issued by Worldmeetings, clients will also receive the original bill provided by the corresponding venue, issued in their company's name.
