Hotel mediation
Once an inventory has been made of the number of rooms required, the period for which the rooms need to be booked and any additional wishes regarding facilities or accessibility, you will receive an obligation free quotation. The quotation gives an overview of the selected hotels, the number of rooms available per hotel and the agreed room prices for the days on which the event is to be held. Once the quotation has been approved, the contracted hotels are entered into Worldmeetings’ registration system under the name of the event in question. Worldmeetings assumes full responsibility for the proper and final processing of the contracted supply of rooms.
Own website!
A special website will be built online for every congress or event in consultation with the client; this is a copy of the Worldmeetings website. The homepage can feature the information you want and a link can also be made to the organisation’s site, and to the sites of branch associations, the congress venue etc. Participants get a complete overview of the contracted hotels via the website and are able to make a hotel reservation simply and easily. You can also find detailed information about the hotels, including photos, route descriptions and the agreed rates for the event here.
Visitors who decide to make their reservations by telephone, fax or e-mail instead of via the internet are welcome to make use of our Service Centre, which is open every work day.

Registration of participants
Would you also like to outsource the registration of participants? Our events department can take care of that for you as well. Registering participants requires precision, that’s why we would like to make an appointment to explain this service further to you in person.
