Welcome to Worldmeetings’
new website!

1995 was the year in which Worldmeetings’ first website was launched and from then on we continuously kept on improving our technology. Starting with an online form for requesting quotations, we now make use of fully interactive system providing simultaneous facilities for customers, venues and Worldmeetings’ intermediary services. This new customer website is executed in Worldmeetings’ new corporate identity, features improved venue presentations and offers enhanced facilities for requesting proposals. Furthermore you will find updated functionalities under ‘My reservations’ where from now on you get delivered your proposals, reservations and invoices in a renewed environment and well-organized. After having carefully evaluated our previous website and its facilities we are honored to present this new advanced booking tool, equipped with and developed on the latest technology.
This website features the following facilities:
  • Book a Room: for online hotel room reservations (not available in all countries),
  • Request a Meeting: request a proposal for meetings in only 4 steps,
  • Select to Compare: select various venues to compare at a single glance,
  • My reservations: all proposals and confirmations delivered in PDF and facilities for forwarding amendments to current reservations,
  • Participants data: for uploading participants listings,
  • Invoice control: for retrieving and downloading invoices received from venues including any appendixes like bar and restaurant bills.
